"I initially booked a session with Jade as I was drawn to her editing style. I couldn’t believe how reasonable the prices were when I enquired as I was already certain I would be booking a shoot however this was of course a huge bonus and allowed me to receive many more beautiful photos from our session than I thought possible. During both shoots (yes I have had multiple and plan on many more in the future!) we felt relaxed and when required, guided to obtain the images the photographer new we wanted and would love based on her experience! The pre shoot guide was a brilliant, unexpected bonus and really helped us prepare for the shoot/ shoots. Images were always delivered in a very timely manner much faster than many other photographers! Every time we have a shoot with Jade we are blown away by the result and the images we received and if there was any extra tweaks we wanted this was never an issue although very rarely needed as they are always so beautifully edited. On the day itself, Jade was incredibly helpful and attentive. One moment that really stood out was when she walked the streets of Chelsea and found the beautiful house with the number 17 on the day we got married – I absolutely loved that. She also went above and beyond in the little things, like lending me her jumper so I could comfortably sit on the edge in my white jumpsuit. Those thoughtful gestures meant so much.

From stat to finish the experience was faultless. Communication beforehand was clear, thoughtful and reassuring. Jade was incredibly proactive in moving our session date due to the weather, purely to make sure we got the best possible light and experience, which I really appreciated. On the day itself, despite us arriving late because of an unexpected traffic jams, Jade was so understanding and reasonable, immediately putting us at ease rather than making us feel rushed or stressed.
During the shoot, Jade was calm, patient and wonderful with Hallie, letting everything flow naturally. Afterwards, the turnaround and presentation of the images were seamless and professional.
